We have a new beer available on tap and in cans. It’s called ‘Yeah Buoy‘*, and it’s been going down a storm in the taproom. It’s a pale, easy-drinking American IPA with just the right malt/hop balance and moderate bitterness. We adapted the timing of the hop-addition to the boil to give the beer a more nuanced type of bitterness, which makes it really refreshing. And of course, we added some of our favourite American hops to the dry-hopping schedule (Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook).
*eagle-eyed Stumpnose customers may have noticed that we spelled ‘buoy’ wrong on the label for the 330ml cans. I wish we could say it was intentional, but in the rush to get the beer into cans, the typo slipped through our normally diligent quality control process!
